Shipping Terms & Conditions
Transportable Shade Sheds Australia (TSS) offers delivery Australia-wide, subject to the following Shipping Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with TSS, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Shipping Charges

All orders are subject to shipping charges.

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as delivery location and delivery method, and will be advised at the time of purchase or quotation.
Where available, orders may be delivered via direct delivery by Metroll to the nominated delivery address. Applicable shipping charges will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

Where Metroll is unable to deliver directly to the customer’s nominated address, delivery will be made to the nearest applicable Metroll depot. In such circumstances, the customer is responsible for arranging collection from the depot, and free shipping does not apply.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All TSS products are manufactured to order. Production will commence once the order has been confirmed and full payment has been received.

Standard processing and dispatch timeframes are approximately 4–8 weeks, subject to product specifications and manufacturing schedules.

Custom-quoted products may require extended lead times.

Estimated production and dispatch timeframes are provided on individual product listings where applicable and are indicative only.
Delivery Areas
TSS delivers throughout Australia, including regional and remote locations, subject to the serviceability of Metroll and associated freight providers.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and freight availability.
Delivery Method
Due to the size and weight of TSS products, delivery is undertaken via specialised freight carriers.

Delivery will be made to the closest practical and safely accessible point at the delivery address.

The customer must ensure the delivery site is accessible to heavy vehicles.

A responsible person must be available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delays
While all reasonable efforts are made to meet estimated delivery timeframes, TSS is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road access restrictions, carrier delays, or unforeseen logistical issues.
Customers will be notified where practicable should delays occur.
Customer Obligations
The customer is responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Disclosing any access restrictions or site limitations prior to delivery.

Ensuring suitable access for delivery vehicles.
Additional charges may apply in the event of failed delivery attempts, re-delivery requirements, or access-related complications.
Damage, Loss or Shortages
All products are inspected prior to dispatch. The customer must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any damage, loss, or discrepancies must be reported to TSS within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. Failure to notify within this timeframe may affect our ability to lodge a claim with the freight provider.
