This page outlines the Terms and Conditions applicable to promotional offers provided by Transportable Shade Sheds (TSS), a division of Moggy’s Group Pty Ltd. These Terms and Conditions are designed to protect both you as the customer and TSS as the provider of the offer. By participating in any promotional offer, you agree to the terms as stated below.

General Promotional Offer Conditions

All promotional offers issued by Transportable Shade Sheds whether communicated via email, SMS, social media, online advertising, printed material, or verbally by a TSS representative are subject to the following conditions unless stated otherwise:

Promotions are valid only within the specified dates and cannot be applied outside of this period. Customers must provide proof of the promotional offer at the time of purchase. For online orders, any required discount codes must be entered at checkout prior to payment. Promotion codes cannot be applied after the transaction is completed, and no retrospective discount or credit will be issued in the event that the code was not applied correctly.

Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, sale, or promotion unless expressly specified. Only one promotion may be redeemed per order. Offers are valid only for new purchases and cannot be applied to previous orders or pending quotes.

All promotional offers are subject to availability. Transportable Shade Sheds reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Minimum spend requirements, product exclusions, delivery conditions, and eligibility criteria may apply depending on the individual promotion.

Delivery & Manufacturing Considerations

Participation in a promotional offer does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. All orders remain subject to our manufacturing schedule, delivery partner availability, seasonal shutdowns, and public holiday delays. Customers are encouraged to place orders early to avoid disappointment.

Individual Promotions

Agquip Expo Sale

The Agquip 2026 Offer is valid from 18 August 2026 and strictly ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 September 2026 unless extended or withdrawn earlier at the discretion of TSS.
This promotion applies to new orders only.
The promotion is valid for shade shed structures with a minimum order value of $5,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing by TSS.
Eligible customers will receive 20% off selected Transportable Shade Shed structures.
The discount applies to the shade shed structure value only. The $5,000 minimum order value does not include:

  • Hold-downs and anchor systems
  • Shipping, delivery, or freight costs 
  • Spare parts or replacement components

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or special pricing arrangement. Where more than one offer applies, only one may be used per order at the discretion of TSS.
The Agquip 2026 Offer does not apply to:

  • Canvacons
  • Quickshades
  • Spare parts
  • Shipping, delivery, or freight costs
  • Hold-downs and anchor systems
  • Any additional services unless specified in writing

Expired: EOFY SALE

The EOFY Sale is valid from the start date advertised by TSS and strictly ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on June 30 unless extended or withdrawn earlier at the discretion of TSS. 
This promotion applies to new orders only.
The promotion is valid for orders with a minimum value of $5,000 (ex GST) unless otherwise agreed in writing by TSS. 

Eligible customers may receive up to 30% off selected Transportable Shade Shed products.

The discount amount will vary depending on:

  • Product size and configuration
  • Optional inclusions
  • Project scope

Discounts are applied at TSS’s discretion and will be clearly outlined in the official quote provided or on the individual product page online.

The EOFY Sale does not apply to:

  • Canvacons
  • Quickshades
  • Spare parts
  • Shipping, delivery, or freight costs
  • Any additional services unless specified in writing

Welcome Offer 

The welcome offer of $250 off your first purchase cannot be combined with other promotions. This discount is valid only on your first order with Transportable Shade Sheds and can only be redeemed through Transportable Shade Sheds Australia. This discount code excludes spare parts, hold downs and any extras. 

Accuracy of Information

TSS aims to provide accurate information regarding promotions at all times. In the event of an error, omission, or inconsistency, TSS reserves the right to correct, update, or cancel any promotion without obligation or liability.

Declaration

By participating in any promotional offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. TSS may amend these Terms at any time, and the most current version will always be available on our website.
