If your business operated in Northern Australia, coastal regions, or other high-wind environments, a C2 Industrial shade shed may be required. Every TSS Industrial shade shed is engineered and certified for both C1 and C2 wind-rated regions, providing reliable protection for machinery storage, fleet vehicles, equipment, maintenance areas, and industrial worksites. We also offer 3 different hold-down solutions to suit a range of ground conditions.

Do I need a Cyclone Rated Shade Shed?
Selecting the right wind rating is an important consideration when investing in an industrial shade shed. As a general guide, businesses located along the Queensland coastline from Bundaberg north should consider our C2 (Cyclone rated) range. Industrial shade sheds in these regions are often exposed to stronger weather conditions and may require higher wind-rated structures.
Our C1 Industrial shade sheds are designed for non-cyclonic areas and wind speeds up to 180km/h, while our C2 industrial shade sheds are engineered for cyclonic regions and to handle wind speeds up to 219km/h. Featuring additional structural reinforcement and cyclone-rated fixings, our C2 range provides enhanced protection for machinery, equipment, vehicles, and operational work areas.
SIMPLE DIY ASSEMBLY
DIY Installation Process
Our Shade Sheds are supplied as complete DIY kits designed for straightforward installation. Each system uses a simple slip-fit design, with no welding or complex tools required.
Set Up Base Rails
Lay out your base rails and connect them using the slip-fit system. Align and secure each section before moving forward.
Install Portal Frames
Assemble the portal frames and position them along the base rails. Check alignment and square before fixing in place.
Add Rafters & Level
Install the rafters and ensure the structure is level. Optional riser kits can be used where additional adjustment or clearance is required.
Install Roofing
Fix the roofing sheets in place, ensuring the correct overlap and secure fastening across the completed frame.
